Welcome to Pine & Pearl Studio. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our design services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use 

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian. 

2. Products: Ribbon & Retail Items

We offer select holiday décor products, including ribbon, for purchase through our website.

All ribbon sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of seasonal and specialty items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once ribbon has been cut, used, or opened.

Colors and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, screen displays, or manufacturing variations. Measurements and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability; customers are responsible for confirming suitability prior to purchase.

3. Custom Design Services

Pine & Pearl Studio provides custom Christmas design services, including (but not limited to) trees, mantels, staircases, outdoor spaces, wreaths, and seasonal installations. All design services are customized and therefore non-refundable once work has begun. Design concepts, styling choices, and material selections are based on professional expertise and client collaboration. Final designs may vary slightly from mockups or inspiration images due to availability of materials and site conditions. Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the installation space.

4. Payments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure design services or installation dates. Full payment is due according to the timeline outlined in your service agreement. Failure to submit payment may result in delayed or canceled services.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations for design services must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Seasonal scheduling is limited, and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payments made.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines for ribbon and retail products are estimates and may vary during peak holiday seasons. Pine & Pearl Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Liability

Pine & Pearl Studio is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of products, improper installation by third parties, or environmental factors once an installation is complete. Clients assume responsibility for décor once installation is finished.

8. Sponsorships & Partnerships

Any sponsorships, collaborations, or community partnerships are subject to separate written agreements outlining scope, expectations, and usage of designs or branding.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
